Sonic: Tails, if Eggman gets all 7, there is no telling what he'd do with them!!

Me: But wait...if Chaos does come back, and gets all six of our chaos emeralds, wouldn't finding the seventh be easy, seeing as how he'd already have six?! After all...the Chaos Emeralds are like magnets. They have the power to tell each other where they are...with six, he'd be able to zone in on where the seventh is.
